    • We are happy to fulfill our warranty obligation even before the defective product is returned.
    • By signing, you acknowledge that a warranty replacement sent in advance will be automatically charged to you within four weeks if we do not receive the defective product back.
    • If the defect cannot be identified based on the description, you will be charged inspection costs of €120/hour and a flat-rate shipping fee for the return.
    • Please note that this is a limited warranty.

    The following are not covered by the warranty:

    • All incidental costs incurred in connection with the repair of defects, such as installation and removal
    • Further damage to third parties
    • Transportation of the defective and the repaired or new product
    • Disposal, travel, and travel time
    • Lifting equipment, scaffolding
    • Adjustments or parameter settings on systems that change due to wear, fatigue, or contamination
    • Any necessary services such as recommissioning, software updates, etc.
    • Production downtime, idle time, loss of profit, damage to property
    • Or other incidental costs not mentioned
